Liposuction
(Body contouring)
Targeted reduction of local fat deposits and harmonization of contours – classic tissue-saving approach, with VASER support and optionally RENUVION for subdermal tightening.
Overview of the treatment
The most important facts

Operation Duration: approx. 60–180 min. (dependent on area)

Downtime: 7–14 days

Suitable if...
to maintain local fat deposits despite diet/exercise.
You should bring a stable body weight and realistic expectations.
the skin quality is sufficient – in cases of slight excess, Renuvion may be reasonable.
Typical areas: abdomen/lower abdomen, flanks, back/“bra fold”, inner/outer thighs, knees, upper arms, chin/neck.
Methods of liposuction
Classic Tumescent Liposuction
Goal: Volume Reduction & Smoothing. Tumescent solution, precise cannula technique, harmonious transitions.VASER-assisted Liposuction
Ultrasound assistance for selective removal of fat (useful for firm/fibrous areas, re-operations, back, male chest). Goal: uniform contour with gentler approach.Renuvion (subdermal tightening support)
Energy-assisted procedure for skin tightening support in selected cases; decision based on skin condition.Combinations
Often useful: Classic + VASER; if needed, additionally Renuvion.
(Which variant fits will be clarified after assessment, skin quality, and target image.)
Process – 4 Steps
Consultation
We discuss goals, areas, and concerns, examine skin quality/tissue, define realistic expectations, and establish the suitable method (classic / VASER / Renuvion / combination) – transparently and calmly.
Preparation
Photo documentation, markings while standing, surgical information, organization of compression garments and follow-up appointments; instructions on medication/nicotine.
Treatment/Surgery
Gentle suction at planned levels, even contouring with smooth transitions; VASER if needed for selective solution, Renuvion for subdermal tightening support. Sterile procedure, drains if necessary.
Initial Follow-Up
Cooling/rest, garment for 4–6 weeks, lymph drainage by our physiotherapist, gradual activation; regular check-ups.

Healing process
After one week, swelling and bruising are usually regressing; you wear the corset consistently and take it easy.
After one month, daily life usually feels normal again; light exercise is possible after approval.
After three months, the contours appear significantly calmer, and uneven swelling decreases.
After six months, the stable result becomes evident.
Risks & Safety
As with any procedure, swelling, bruising, and a feeling of tension may occur, as well as temporary changes in sensation. Specifically, irregularities/dents, asymmetries, seromas, or pigment changes may be possible; energy-based procedures (e.g. VASER/Renuvion) require experience – we work with parameterized settings, tissue-conserving techniques, and ISO-certified hygiene processes. General surgical/anesthetic risks (infection, bleeding, thrombosis/embolism) exist. Abstaining from smoking, compliance with wearing a corset, and weight stability support a calm result. In case of abnormalities, we are available around the clock.

Combinations & Alternatives (optional)
High-Definition Liposculpting (Six-Pack Surgery) for visible muscle definition
Abdominoplasty for pronounced excess skin/diastasis
Fat Transfer (Lipofilling) for contour refinement (e.g. buttocks/upper pole)
Submental Lipo + tightening for double chin/neck
