Liposuction
(Body contouring)
Targeted reduction of local fat deposits and harmonization of contours – classic tissue-saving approach, with VASER support and optionally RENUVION for subdermal tightening.
Overview of the treatment
The most important facts

Operation Duration: approx. 60–180 min. (depending on the area)

Downtime: 7–14 days

Suitable if...
to maintain local fat deposits despite diet/exercise.
to bring a stable body weight and realistic expectations.
the skin quality is sufficient – with slight excess, Renuvion may be reasonable.

Methods of liposuction
Classic Tumescent Liposuction
Goal: Volume reduction & smoothing. Tumescent solution, precise cannula technique, harmonious transitions.VASER-assisted Liposuction
Ultrasound assistance for selective removal of fat (useful in firm/fibrous areas, re-ops, back, male chest). Goal: even contour with a gentler approach.Renuvion (subdermal tightening support)
Energy-assisted procedure for supporting skin tightening in selected cases; decision based on skin condition.Combinations
Often sensible: Classic + VASER; if needed, additionally Renuvion.
(Which variant is suitable will be clarified after assessment, skin quality, and target appearance.)
Process – 4 Steps
Consultation
We discuss goals, areas, and concerns, assess skin quality/tissue, define realistic expectations, and establish the suitable method (classic / VASER / Renuvion / combination) – transparently and calmly.
Preparation
Photo documentation, markings while standing, surgical briefing, organization of compression garments and follow-up appointments; instructions on medication/nicotine.
Treatment/Surgery
Gentle suction at planned levels, even contouring with soft transitions; VASER if necessary for selective dissolution, Renuvion for subdermal tightening support. Sterile procedure, drains if necessary.
Initial Aftercare
Cooling/rest, garments for 4–6 weeks, lymphatic drainage by our physiotherapist, gradual activation; regular check-ups.

Healing process
After one week, swelling and bruising usually subside; you wear the corset consistently and take care of yourself.
After one month, everyday life usually feels normal again; light exercise is possible after approval.
After three months, contours appear significantly calmer, uneven swelling recedes.
After six months, the stable result is evident.
Risks & Safety
As with any procedure, swelling, bruising, a feeling of tension, and temporary changes in sensitivity may occur. Specifically, irregularities/dents, asymmetries, seromas, or pigmentation changes are possible; energy-based procedures (e.g., VASER/Renuvion) require experience – we work with parameterized settings, tissue-conserving technique, and ISO-certified hygiene processes. General surgical/anesthesia risks (infection, bleeding, thrombosis/embolism) are present. Avoiding smoking, compliance with girdles, and weight stability support a calm outcome. In case of irregularities, we are available around the clock.

Abdominoplasty for pronounced excess skin/diastasis
Autologous Fat Transfer (Lipofilling) for contour refinement (e.g. buttocks/upper pole)
