Gynecomastia Correction
Reduce excess glandular and/or fatty tissue, flatten the breast, and create a masculine contour – tissue-conserving, predictable, and natural.
Overview of the treatment
The most important facts

Operation Duration: about 60–120 min.
Anesthesia: General anesthesia

Compression vest: 4–6 weeks

Suitable if...
despite training/weight reduction, there is a visible breast tissue/fat increase.
Puffy Nipple or a soft, feminized contour is bothersome.
weight stable and medications/hormones are clarified.
realistic expectations and aftercare discipline are present.
Methods & Variants
Liposuction (possibly VASER-assisted):
Gentle fat reduction through small accesses; VASER can selectively dissolve fibrous male tissue and smooth transitions.
Gland excision (periareolar):
Semicircular incision at the areolar edge, targeted removal of the gland core; the goal is a flat, even breastplate.
Combination:
Often excision + liposuction for a smooth contour. With suitable skin quality, tightening (e.g., Renuvion) as support; does not replace real skin tightening in the case of significant surplus.
Areola fine correction (selective):
To stabilize shape/edge in case of puffy appearance; decision based on findings.
Which combination fits will be determined after palpation findings, ultrasound, and target image – focus: natural, masculine line.

Procedure –
Step by Step
Consultation
We clarify goals and concerns, examine fat vs. gland (possibly ultrasound), discuss medication/hormones, document the findings, and explain the procedure, scars, healing process – calm and transparent.
Preparation
Photo documentation, marking while standing, surgical plan (excision/lipo/tightening), adjust compression vest, notes on medication/nicotine and the first few days of daily life.
Treatment/Surgery
Gentle liposuction for contouring, gland excision via fine areola-edge incision; energetic tightening support if needed. Sterile procedure, even transitions, drains only if necessary. Fitting of the compression vest.
First Aftercare
Targeted cooling intervals, wound care, wearing the vest consistently for 4–6 weeks, sleeping with the head elevated. Early check-up after a few days, further check-ups scheduled; gradually increasing activity.
Healing process
After one week, swelling/bruising usually diminishes; normal activities are possible.
After one month, the breast appears socially acceptable and calm; light exercise after approval.
After three to six months, the stable contour becomes apparent; scars fade.
The end result matures within 6–12 months.

Risks & Safety
In the short term, swelling, bruising, tension/pressure sensation, and temporary changes in sensation may occur in the areola/breast. Specifically, seromas, irregularities/dents, asymmetries, edge pulls, or scar abnormalities are possible; rarely, indentations may occur with overly aggressive gland removal. We minimize risks through precise marking, tissue-sparing technique, smooth transitions, ISO-certified processes, and clear aftercare. Recurrence is rare, but can occur with weight gain, hormonal changes, or triggering medications – we will discuss this beforehand.
You support the healing process by refraining from smoking, consistently wearing a vest, maintaining weight stability, and gradually increasing activity levels. If warning signs (unilateral severe redness, increasing pain, fever) occur, please contact us immediately – you have a clear emergency protocol.

Combinations & Alternatives (optional)
High-Definition Breast Contour (Fine modeling of the edges)
Submental Liposuction for concurrent double chin
Flank/Stomach Lipo for overall profile
