The Forum Clinic is one of the few state-concessioned specialty clinics for Plastic Surgery with a focus on Aesthetic Surgery. It is personally managed by us, the Plastic and Aesthetic Surgeons, Dr. med. Thomas Giel and Dr. med. Svetozar Adžemović.
We are supported by Mr. Dr. med. Klaus Hebold and Ms. Dr. med. Konstanze Warbanow. All consultations, operations, and follow-up treatments are carried out by us personally. We offer a 24-hour emergency service, so you can always reach us in case of an emergency.

The clinic's special focuses are the passionately conducted nasal surgery, facial surgery, breast surgery, and body contouring.
In nasal surgery, we have extensive experience with even the most complex issues and corrective procedures, both aesthetically and functionally. In facial surgery, the emphasis is on absolutely natural results that do not look operated on. In breast augmentation, we are pioneers in endoscopic augmentation that is free of scars on the breast. Alternatively, augmentation with autologous fat is possible. In High Definition Body Contouring, we work with the most modern techniques Vaser and Renuvion.
High quality & hygiene standards: DIN ISO 9001, tested & documented
Of course, we are also certified according to DIN ISO 9001. Last but not least, we conduct regular internal quality checks of the hygiene conditions. The responsible hygiene committee meets at least twice a year. Regardless of the hygiene committee meetings, internal training is conducted by our external hygiene consultant, Prof. Dr. Thomas Kistemann. The Forum Clinic is a member of the mre network Rhein-Ahr-Sieg. This significantly reduces the risk of contracting infections with multidrug-resistant pathogens. The infection statistics of the Forum Clinic are significantly better than those of public hospitals since it is a privately-owned clinic. Read our statistics here!
The Forum Clinic is inspected once a year by the health department of the city of Cologne, like all hospitals (but not practices or clinic practices). The sterilization unit of the Forum Clinic is regularly validated and sampled (cleaning and disinfection device (RDG) and autoclave). Water samples are taken at regular intervals agreed upon with the health department of the city of Cologne and analyzed for hygienically safe water quality. These and other activities are carried out by our externally commissioned hygiene specialist, Mr. D. Eyl, and supervised by Prof. Dr. Kistemann (Hygiene Institute of the University of Bonn), our hospital hygienist. The hospital pharmacist responsible for the Forum Clinic inspects the clinic every 6 months.
