Autologous Fat Transfer (Lipofilling)
Natural volume and softer contours – we subtly shape with the body's own fat while the extraction areas become slimmer.

Suitable if...
You want natural volume and softer transitions – without implants.
Local volume deficits (e.g. hip dips, upper pole of the breast, subtle buttock contour, contour smoothing after liposuction) are problematic.
There are sufficient fat reserves and the weight is stable.
You bring realistic expectations (moderate amounts of buildup, possibly 1–2 sessions).
Process – 4 Steps
Consultation
We discuss goals, areas, and expectations, examine skin/tissue quality, document the initial findings, and plan donor and target areas. We explain achievable amounts for build-up, possible follow-up sessions, and the healing process – calmly and transparently.
Preparation
Markings in standing position (donor/target), surgical consultation, organization of the compression garment for the extraction sites, advice on medication/nicotine and daily life after the procedure.
Treatment/Surgery
Gentle fat extraction, careful preparation, and micro-injection in layers into the target area. We pay attention to soft transitions and symmetrical contours. Usually outpatient; dressing/garment is applied.
Initial Aftercare
Cooling/rest, garment for 4–6 weeks (only extraction), avoid pressure on build-up areas, lymph drainage as needed, scheduled check-ups. Activity will be gradually increased.

Healing process
After one week, swelling/bruising at the extraction and augmentation sites usually decreases; you should protect the augmentation areas and wear the compression garment consistently.
After one month, daily life usually feels normal again; light exercise is possible after clearance.
After three to six months, the volume development is stable, and small hard areas are softer; the result appears calm and natural.
Risks & Safety
Short-term, swelling, bruising, and a feeling of tension in the donor and target areas are common and gradually subside. Partial resorption of the injected fat is normal – the portion that has adhered remains; therefore, we plan realistic build-up amounts and may discuss a second session.
Specific risks include irregularities, asymmetries, oil cysts, or calcifications (radiologically assessable, especially relevant in breast reconstruction). General surgical/anesthesia risks (infection, bleeding, seroma, thrombosis/embolism) exist. We reduce risks through tissue-conserving techniques, ISO-certified hygiene standards, and close follow-up care. Important factors include smoking cessation, corset compliance, and weight stability – significant weight gain or loss also changes the result.

Combinations & Alternatives (optional)
Liposuction (Extraction + Contour Refinement)
Renuvion or Tightening Surgery for significant skin laxity
Implant/Tightening Procedures (e.g., breast), when larger volume changes are desired
