High-Definition Liposculpting
(Sixpack Surgery)
Advanced body shaping that targets fat removal and emphasizes natural muscle contours – for an athletic, defined appearance with a short recovery time.
Overview of the treatment
The most important facts

Operation Duration: approx. 1–4 hours

Work-capable: approx. 3–7 days

Suitable if...
You bring a lower body fat percentage, good skin quality, and a stable weight.
You specifically wish for definition/"etching" of the natural muscle lines – not primarily a volume reduction.
You have clear target images and consistently adhere to the aftercare (compression garments, gradual activation).
Method & Variants
VASER® (Ultrasound)
Here, the fat tissue is selectively dissolved with ultrasound before being suctioned. This allows for a finer modeling and clean transitions – especially along the anatomical lines such as linea alba (middle abdominal line), linea semilunaris (side abdominal line), and the pectoral/side edges. VASER is the core tool for HD shaping and also helps with firmer/fibrous tissue (back, re-operations, male chest).
RENUVION® (subdermal skin support)
Helium plasma + radiofrequency are applied under the skin to support the retraction of the skin envelope after fat removal. We use Renuvion depending on the situation – in cases of mild to moderate laxity, it can make the contour appear more defined. Important: It does not replace a tummy tuck in cases of significant excess skin; we will clarify this in the consultation.
Typical HD Zones
Abdomen & flanks (emphasis on linea alba/semilunaris, waist), chest (male) (upper/side edge for sharp transitions), back (V-shape, lumbar dip) and upper arms (triceps contour). Before the operation, we mark the lines while standing (“mapping”) so that the definition appears anatomically consistent and natural.
Which combination (classic liposuction, VASER, Renuvion) is sensible for your case will be determined after examining the skin, tissue, and target image – with a focus on athletic-natural results, not exaggerated “grooves.”

Process – 4 Steps
Consultation
We take the time to understand your goals and clearly discuss how much definition is realistic – as opposed to mere volume reduction. We analyze anatomy, skin quality, and proportions, document the initial findings photographically, and explain the method, risks, and healing process calmly and transparently.
Preparation
While standing, we mark the anatomical lines (e.g. linea alba, linea semilunaris, pectoral/side edges) and establish the surgical plan: areas, VASER use, possibly RENUVION. You will receive your compression garment, instructions for medication/fasting, organization of pickup/accompanying person, as well as the follow-up appointments.
Operation
Under general anesthesia, we selectively break down the fat VASER-assisted and sculpt the contour along the marked lines (“Etching”), with soft transitions and symmetry control. RENUVION is used subdermally to assist in appropriate skin situations. Sterile procedures, drains only if necessary; finally, we apply the compression garment.
Aftercare
After the recovery phase, you will receive instructions on pain/swelling management, care of the incisions, sleep and movement rules, as well as wearing the garment for 4–6 weeks. Check-up appointments (e.g. after 1 week, 4–6 weeks, 3 months) are firmly scheduled; light activity starts gradually (usually after 1–2 weeks), more intensive sports after 4–6 weeks. If you have any questions or concerns, you have a clear emergency pathway – we are available.
Risks & Safety
As with any procedure, there are general surgical/anesthesia risks (e.g., infection, bleeding, thrombosis/embolism). Specifically for HD, over- or under-definition, contour irregularities/dents, temporary changes in sensation, seromas, or pigmentation reactions may occur. In energy-assisted procedures (e.g., VASER, Renuvion), thermal skin reactions are rare but are minimized by experienced parameterization, tissue-sparing techniques, and ISO-certified processes.
We actively work against: precise mapping of anatomical lines, intraoperative symmetry checks, a clear aftercare plan (corset for 4–6 weeks, gradual activation, lymphatic drainage as needed), and regular checks. You can support the process by refraining from smoking, maintaining weight stability, and consistent corset compliance.
Important: Our goal is a defined, proportionate contour – athletic, not "carved out". If you notice warning signs (unilateral severe redness, fever, increasing pain), please contact us immediately; you have a clear emergency pathway, and we are always accessible.
Combinations & Alternatives
Classic Liposuction with the primary goal of Volume Reduction/Harmonization.
Abdominoplasty for Excess Skin/Diastasis.
Gynecomastia Correction (in men) as a complementary procedure.
