breast correction
Refining form, achieving symmetry, regaining comfort – we plan your implant exchange or the correction of asymmetries precisely and safely, with a focus on natural proportions.
Overview of the treatment
The most important facts

Duration of surgery: approx. 90–180 min. Anesthesia: general anesthesia

Support Bra: 6 Weeks

Suitable if...
You want to change your size/profile or adjust the result after years according to your needs.
there is a capsule fibrosis, implant rupture, rotation/dislocation, double bubble, bottoming-out, symmastia, or rippling.
there have always been asymmetries (size/position/inframammary fold/areola) and you desire harmonization.
Process – 4 Steps
Consultation
We discuss your wishes, complaints, and pre-ops, review implant pass/imaging, and create a clear treatment strategy (replacement, pocket correction, symmetry plan). We transparently discuss risks, scar progression, and healing.
Preparation
Photo documentation, measurements, if necessary updated ultrasound/MRI diagnostics, pre-operative consultation, surgical bra fitting, and guidance on medication, nicotine, and daily life after the surgery.
Treatment/Surgery
Under general anesthesia, we remove the old implant, correct the pocket (position/limits/crease), place the new implant sterile and tissue-friendly, and carry out – if planned – lifting/reduction/lipofilling/areola correction. Closure with minimal tension, drains only as needed.
First Follow-Up
Pain management, surgical bra 24/7, rest, early checks, and scar care. You gradually increase activity and sports step by step after medical clearance.

Method & Variants
Implant Exchange & Pocket Correction: Change to suitable Size/Profile/Form; Pocket Adjustment through Capsulotomy/Capsulectomy, Plane Change (e.g., after Dual-Plane), IMF Reconstruction (Inframammary Fold) and fixation to stabilize the position.
Asymmetry Correction:
Depending on side(s): Enlargement, Reduction, Firming (Mastopexy), Aureola Correction and Folding Level Adjustment – if necessary combined to achieve a harmonious overall appearance.Fine Contour & Surface Correction: Autologous Fat (Lipofilling) to conceal Rippling/Edges, small Liposuctions for softer transitions; the goal is a calm, natural contour.
Risks & Safety
Corrections are often more complex than initial interventions – we plan accordingly with care. In the first weeks, swelling, bruising, feelings of tension, and temporary changes in sensitivity are common. Specifically, asymmetries, scar abnormalities, seromas, capsule contracture recurrence, implant displacement, or irregularities in shape may occur; we reduce these risks through precise pocket guidance, atraumatic techniques, and if necessary, fixation/IMF reconstruction. There are general surgical/anesthetic risks (infection, postoperative bleeding, thrombosis/embolism).
We work according to ISO-certified hygiene processes, no-touch principle, and close follow-up care. Important: Avoiding smoking, maintaining stable weight, and consistently wearing the support bra help ensure a smooth outcome. In case of any irregularities, we are reachable 24/7.

Combinations & Alternatives (optional)
Tightening/Reduction on one or both sides for symmetry
Autologous fat (lipofilling) for edge smoothing/upper pole
Areola/Level corrections (periareolar/IMF)
Conservatively weigh minimal findings
