Autologous Fat Transfer (Lipofilling)
Natural volume and softer contours – we subtly shape with the body's own fat while the extraction sites (e.g., abdomen/flanks) simultaneously become slimmer.

Operation Duration: approx. 60–180 min.

Anesthesia: General anesthesia

Compression Garment (Removal):
4–6 weeks

Suitable if...
You desire natural volume and softer transitions – without implants.
Local volume deficits (e.g., hip dips, upper pole of the breast, subtle buttock contour, contour smoothing after liposuction) are a concern.
Sufficient fat reserves are available and your weight is stable.
You have realistic expectations (moderate amounts of augmentation, possibly 1–2 sessions).
Process – 4 Steps
Consultation
We discuss goals, areas, and expectations, examine skin/tissue quality, document the initial findings, and plan donor and target zones. We explain achievable amounts for reconstruction, possible follow-up sessions, and the healing process – calmly and transparently.
Preparation
Markings while standing (donor/target), surgical briefing, organization of the compression garment for the donor sites, instructions regarding medication/nicotine and everyday life after the procedure.
Treatment/Surgery
Gentle fat removal, careful preparation, and micro-injection in layers into the target area. We pay attention to soft transitions and symmetrical contours. Usually outpatient; dressing/garment will be applied.
Initial Aftercare
Cooling/rest, garment for 4–6 weeks (only from removal), avoid pressure on the areas of reconstruction, lymphatic drainage as needed, regular check-up appointments. Activity will be increased gradually.

Healing process
After one week, swelling/bruising at the extraction and augmentation sites usually decreases; you should avoid strain on the augmentation areas and wear the compression garment consistently.
After one month, daily life usually feels normal again; light exercise is possible after clearance.
After three to six months, the volume development is stable, and small hardening becomes softer; the result appears calm and natural.
Risks & Safety
In the short term, swelling, bruising, and a feeling of tension at the donor and target areas are common and gradually subside. Partial resorption of the injected fat is normal – the portion that integrates remains; therefore, we plan realistic amounts for enhancement and may discuss a second session if necessary.
Specific risks include irregularities, asymmetries, oil cysts, or calcifications (radiologically assessable, particularly relevant in breast reconstruction). General surgical/anesthesia risks (infection, bleeding, seroma, thrombosis/embolism) are present. We reduce risks through tissue-preserving techniques, ISO-certified hygiene standards, and close follow-up. Important factors are smoking cessation, compression garment compliance, and weight stability – significant weight gain or loss can also change the outcome.

Combinations & Alternatives (optional)
Liposuction (Extraction + Contour Refinement)
Renuvion or Tightening Surgery for significant skin laxity
Implant/Tightening Procedures (e.g., breast), when larger volume jumps are desired
