Refresh The Eye Area
Soothe crow's feet, smooth the tear trough, and make the gaze appear fresher – dosed, masculine, with a short recovery.
Overview of the treatment
The most important facts

Treatment duration: approx. 15–40 min. (area-dependent)
Stay: outpatient

Control/Fine-tuning: Days 10–14

Suitable if...
Crow's feet are pronounced when laughing/blinking and appear tired.
the tear trough is deepened (hollow effect/transition to the cheekbone).
You desire a natural result with short recovery.
Sun protection, realistic expectations, and care compliance are present.
Note: Pigment-related darkness (“shadows”) can only be limitedly influenced by surgery/injections - skincare/peels/laser can help additionally.
Methods & Variants
Crow's feet → Botulinum
Targeted microinjections into the orbicularis oculi muscle calm the dynamics – dosage adjusted to male muscle strength, ensuring the expression remains lively.
Tear trough → Hyaluronic acid (low G / cannula)
Finely cross-linked hyaluronic acid is deeply and precisely injected into the tear trough; the goal is a soft transition without Tyndall effect. Cannula technique increases safety, fine-tuning after 10–14 days.
Skin quality → PRP / polynucleotides / skin boosters
No volume, only quality: fine structure, hydration, “crepey” skin – especially lower eyelid/cheek. Series are advisable.
Which combination fits, we decide based on anatomy, skin, and target image – focus: fresh & masculine-natural.

Procedure –
Step by Step
Consultation
We discuss goals and concerns, analyze facial patterns, tear troughs, skin quality, and determine areas, dosage, and order – calmly and transparently.
Preparation
Photo documentation, marking while sitting, skin disinfection; cooling/cream depending on the area. Instructions for behavior on the treatment day (no rubbing/no heat).
Treatment
Crow's feet: Botulinum microinjections precisely, a few minutes.
Tear trough: Hyaluronic acid with blunt cannula at the appropriate depth, slow deposits; immediate mirror check.
Skin quality: PRP/PN via microinjection/needling.
Initial Aftercare
Do not rub/massage on the day of treatment, no sauna/intense exercise (24 hours), keep head upright for a few hours; cooling if needed. Control/fine-tuning after 10–14 days.
Healing process
After 24–48 hours, punctures/slight swellings are usually regressing.
After 10–14 days, botulinum shows its full effect; the filler zone appears calm and balanced (fine-tuning possible).
The effects typically last 3–5 months (botulinum) or 6–12 months (hyaluron) and gradually diminish.

Risks & Safety
Temporarily, redness, swelling, bruising, and sensation of pressure are possible. Botulinum: rarely asymmetries (brow dynamics) – minimized through precise point selection and follow-up appointments. Hyaluronic acid: rarely lumps/Tyndall effect due to superficial placement; vascular complications are very rare, the risk is minimized by anatomically safe levels, cannula technique, and pressure-aware injecting; hyaluronidase is on standby.
It is important to use sunscreen, avoid pressure/rubbing on the treatment day, adhere to care instructions, and have a realistic interval plan. If there are warning signs (severe pain, paleness, vision/sensation disturbances, fever), contact us immediately – you have a clear point of contact.

Combinations & Alternatives (optional)
Skin Treatments (PRP/Polynucleotides/Skinbooster) for fine structure/glow
Lower eyelid lift for bags under the eyes/excess skin (planned separately)
