Methods & Variants
Renuvion® Subdermal
Energy from helium plasma and radio frequency is applied beneath the skin to heat the connective tissue and then cool it rapidly. The goal is to support skin retraction in appropriate cases and to calm the contour.Combination with Liposuction

Process – Step by Step
Consultation Session
We discuss goals and expectations, examine skin quality, skin thickness, and areas, document the initial findings, and explain the role of Renuvion compared to liposuction or lifting surgery – including realistic effects and healing process.
Preparation
Marking of the areas while standing, surgery plan (sole use or combination), organization of compression clothing, instructions on medication/fasting, smoking cessation, and the process for the first few days.
Treatment/Surgery
Under twilight sleep or general anesthesia, the treatment probes are introduced subdermally through small access points and the tissue is energetically treated; in combination cases, liposuction is performed beforehand or additionally. A sterile, tissue-preserving approach; drains only as needed. Application of compression clothing.
Initial Aftercare
Instructions for cooling, rest, and care of the access points, consistent wearing of compression clothing for 4–6 weeks, gradual activation. Follow-ups are scheduled; there is a clear emergency protocol for any questions.
Healing process
After several days, everyday activities are usually possible again; swelling, bruising, and temporary firmness of the treated areas gradually subside.
After 1–2 weeks, the contours appear calmer; light exercise is possible upon clearance.
Over 3–6 months, the firming effect continues to develop, the surface feels softer, and fine irregularities smooth out.
The end result typically becomes visible after 6 months.
Risks & Safety
As with any procedure, swelling, bruising, a feeling of tension, and temporary sensitivity changes may occur. Specific to energy-based procedures are thermal skin reactions (rare), seromas, temporary hardenings, pigment changes, or contour irregularities. We minimize risks through careful indication, experienced parameterization, tissue-conserving techniques, and ISO-certified hygiene processes.
